Kia-ora, Talofa, Namaskaram, Ni Hao and hello. My name is Amalia, and I am a qualified Early Childhood Teacher. I have a holistic approach to learning emphasising the importance of developing partnerships with children and their whānau. This ensures we can collaborate to create and support children’s learning and development as they grow to their full potential. This also means fostering and nurturing the skills and strengths children bring to the centre. In a learning environment, I believe children need love, support, encouragement and empowerment. Through reciprocal and responsive relationships, you can help children learn about the world they live in. I am passionate with preparing children for their next learning journey at school through helping them to develop the skills needed for them to achieve and strive.
Kia-ora and Talofa, my name is Waina/Pisaina. I am a qualified and Registered Early Childhood teacher. I studied at Te Tari Puna Ora o Aotearoa, and I hold a Diploma in Early Childhood teaching. I am passionate about working with children regardless of who they are. Each child is unique and special in his/her own way. They grow and flourish in an environment where there are strong positive relationships.
Kia ora, my name is Jane, a qualified and provisionally registered teacher with a Graduate Diploma in Teaching (Early Childhood Education). I am passionate about early childhood education, and I enjoy working with young children. I see children as confident and competent learners; I value the relationships with our learners, parent-teacher partnerships, and teamwork with colleagues. I love the environment we create here with our learners while empowering the teachers at the same time. We support our tamariki so that they can develop a sense of belonging for the betterment of their wellbeing.
