Discovery Nursery & Cottage
At Discovery nursery and cottage, we take pride in being a multi-cultural centre. We value the unique contribution that each tamariki, kaiako, and whānau bring into our learning environment.
We are licensed for 44 children and we have two houses next to each other which we call Cottage and Nursery. In the Cottage we can have up to 12 children aged between 0 to 1.5 years old and in the Nursery we can have up to 32 children aged 1.5 to 5 years old.

Welcome children & family/whānau Activities/Child led learning.

Rolling morning tea/Nappy change & toileting.
11.20am
Tidy Up time Wā whakapai.
11.30am
Mat Time Hui include singing, dancing, games & stories.
11.45am
Lunch time.
12.30pm
Nappy change & Toileting/Sleep time for younger children.
1.00pm
Activities/Child led learning.
3.00pm
Rolling afternoon tea/Nappy change & Toileting.
3.30-5.30pm
Farewell children Haere rā.
